Our Comprehensive Comfort Measures Class is an opportunity to try out a wide variety of tools for coping with labor and helping labor progress.
We will practice positions, show your support team some simple massage techniques, discuss options for helping a stalled labor, encouraging contractions for a slow labor, or finding a way to rest between contractions. |
