Massage for Labor Class

Have you considered alternative ways your support team can assist you during labor?

As the support team, have you thought of additional things you can do to provide comfort and support during labor?

Massage could be an excellent tool to provide just that...  

Come partners, husbands, doulas, mothers... and your pregnant women, and learn massage for labor!  

This class offers guidance through a variety of techniques to facilitate and encourage the labor process. Learn specific supportive touch to provide physical and emotional comfort, relaxation and nurturance. For more information and to register click here.

Where: Villager Yoga immediately after the 5:30pm prenatal yoga class
