Pregnancy Massage

Picture

As the expectant mother goes through many changes preparing for childbirth, massage can be a wonderful way to provide support, comfort and relief during the various stages of pregnancy.  Massage encourages relaxation, alleviates musculoskeletal strain, such as back or hip discomfort, reduces excess fluid retention and can also assist in preparing for labor.

Adrian Ward is a Licensed  Massage Therapist and expert at providing Pregnancy Massage, contact her directly to schedule a massage

A specialized Encouraging Labor Massage is also available for women who's labor must start by a certain date. Check with your care provider before scheduling this special massage.

Adrian also teaches Massage for Labor and Infant Massage.
